The production of ice cream is carried out by the following process:
1. Filling moulds
2. Freezing product with low-temperature brine bath
3. Inserting wooden stick at the right time
4. Finishing freezing stage
5. Defrosting moulds by warm brine
6. Extraction of the products from moulds
7. Chocolate coating
8. Unloading product at the wrapping machine
