The sensor roller CPF has an high precision in detecting the web tension because both the roller weight and the position of the material on the roller don't affect the reading. The sensor roller CPF is quickly and easily fixed from one side only; the connector could be installed inside or outside the machine. Thanks to the special design, the sensor roller can withstandoverloads up to 10 times the maximum load and it is stable to the temperature, pressure and humidity changes. The sensor roller CPF is available with or without the integrated amplifier and the display on the front of the roller.
