Automatic Packaging Systems for Food Products

Our machines are designed to pack a wide range of food products, including liquids, pastes and viscous products, with excellent flexibility depending on the type of product and the requirements of the packaging process. They can be easily modified to accommodate various types of products including coffee, soup and more.

Automated Packaging Process:

Container placement:
The prepared container is automatically inserted on the belt. Here, a suction cup system picks up the container and places it on the pallet line. It is then transported to the filling area.

Filling:
In the filling area, the containers are filled with the desired precision, adapting according to the fluidity of the product. This functionality is essential for various products such as drinks, creams or soups. Filling is done quickly and efficiently, maintaining quality and hygiene standards.

The operator manually places each portion of product into the prepared container, using a simple system or measuring tool to ensure a consistent and uniform amount.

Gluing and cutting:
After filling, the containers are automatically transported to the gluing and cutting unit. Here, the top foil is precisely glued and cut, ensuring that each container is properly sealed.

Coverage:
After the gluing and cutting process, the containers pass through the coating unit, where a protective foil (optionally printed foil)/lid is applied to ensure a professional appearance and add the desired branding.

Final shipment:
Finally, the packed container is taken off the conveyor belt and is ready to be stored or sent further in the distribution process.

The machines are built from quality 304 or 316 stainless steel (depending on the application) and aluminum profiles, which gives them excellent durability, even in the most demanding working environments. Due to the use of top materials in the construction of mechanical parts, our equipment guarantees constant performance and a long service life.
