AUTOMATIC CARDBOARD TUBE CUTTING MACHINE

Technical Data:

• Cutting thickness: up to 15 mm per side.

• The shaft contains polyamide material.

• Cutting area width: up to 1.5 m, depending on the model.

• Core length: up to 1.5 m, depending on the model.

• The cutting process is fully automatic.

• A mechanical stopper is provided to prevent damage to the polyamide during cutting.

• The cutting depth into the polyamide is adjustable.

• A three-phase electric motor is used to rotate the tubes (via a belt and pulley system connected to the three-phase AC motor).

• The shaft is made of metal and coated with polyamide.

• Side-activated pneumatic support to prevent bending of long and heavy cores.

• Cutting positioning is performed automatically using a PLC system, touchscreen, and servo motor with driver.

Operating System:
When the motor rotates, the core is fixed onto metal pins connected to the motor, allowing it to rotate together with the shaft.
During core rotation, pneumatic cutting is performed automatically. The cutting point is selected based on the core lengths entered on the touchscreen, and positioning is carried out using a servo motor.
